Directions:
Aches/Pains: Shake the Magnesium Oil Spray to evenly distribute the contents. Spray the oil on any area of aches or pains (for migraines spray on all temples). Rub the oil onto the skin until the oil has dissolved into the skin.
Daily Use: Spray the oil on the stomach, lower legs, and soles of the feet. Then rub in until it has dissolved.
Rest Support: Spray the oil on the soles of the feet. Rub the oil into the soles of the feet until it dissolves into the skin. Put on socks to keep the oil set in place.
Constipation: Spray oil onto the stomach and rub in until it dissolves.
Recommended Use: Daily.
